Once you create a quote you can then add one or more payment plans. You can create the payment plan in the original currency of the course, or in the local market currency.

If the option chosen is the local currency, it is important to remember that it will be necessary to apply a fixed exchange rate to generate the plan. To edit a fixed exchange rate, you have to click on "Edit" below the total quote price:

To start creating the payment plan, click on the 'Add Payment Plan' button in the menu on the right side of the screen:

You have to select whether you want to create the payment plan in the original currency of the course or in the local market currency:

By clicking "Next" you will see all the fields required to create the payment plan. If you like, you can choose a name for this plan, establish an upfront payment, define a date for this payment, and optionally set an interest rate for the plan:

In the next step, you have to choose the number of instalments and define whether these will be divided into equal amounts or if you will manually set the value of each:

By clicking "Next", the value will be divided into the number of installments chosen. You can add a name to the installments and also a payment date for each.

If you like, you can add more instalments manually or recalculate the entire plan. When you finish formatting the plan, you can add a note according to your needs and about it and save it.

Once you save the plan, you will be returned to the quote page. In the menu on the right side of the page, you can view and edit all payment plans created for this quote. You can also add a new plan:

You can share the payment plans with your student through the link created by clicking 'Share Quote' and also through the quotations PDFs. The payment plans will appear at the end of the quotes:
